How a delivery works

Book it
Set the pickup and drop-off, say what you're sending, and see the price before you confirm.

A nearby rider arrives and photographs the item, so there's a record of what left and how it looked.

You and the receiver can both watch the rider on the map, from the pickup to the gate.

The receiver reads out a four-digit code. The rider only hands it over when it matches.

Ride with Muvto
Deliver by bicycle or on foot, on your own hours. Take the jobs you want, skip the ones you don't, and cash out to MoMo.
What you need
- A Ghana Card
- A smartphone with a MoMo number
- A bicycle, or good walking shoes for deliveries on foot
Most riders are verified and taking jobs within 24 hours of applying.

How much does a delivery cost?
The app shows the price before you book. It depends on the distance, so a short hop across Osu costs less than Osu to East Legon.
Where do you deliver?
Our riders are on bicycles and on foot, so we keep trips to distances they can cover quickly. The app tells you if a drop-off is too far. Motorbike riders are coming soon for longer trips.
How big can it be?
If it fits in the rider's delivery bag and they can carry it comfortably on a bicycle or on foot, we'll take it. For anything bigger, split it into a few deliveries.
Who pays, and how?
Either the sender or the receiver. Pay with MoMo or cash. You choose when you book.
Can you collect medicine from a pharmacy?
Yes. Tell us which pharmacy and who it's for. The rider goes straight from the counter to the door with no other stops.
What won't you carry?
Cash, anything illegal, weapons and live animals.
What if something goes wrong?
Every item is photographed at pickup and only handed over for the code, so there's a record at both ends. Contact support in the app and we'll sort it out with the rider.
